sydney transit archival project, documenting all bus/light rail/train/metro lines

in possibly june or july, I plan to begin my mass recording of all transit lines in Sydney. Of course I will first complete the main sydney trains lines, such as T1 thru to T9. Then metro, then the Light Rail services in Parramatta and Sydney. Only then will I get to bus services, which considering there are 600 will take the longest amount of time.

how will the lines be documented? I will record at Midday(possibly starting around 11am), and record both the Left and Right window. This will be done all year round, and biennially for bus lines. the footage will be in 4K 10bit HDR, ensuring excellent quality of recording. Although for some buses I may opt for a phone planted to the window as a camera might be too risky in some areas.

what's the point of recording the views yearly? well by doing so, eventually you will be able to see differences in the recording such as new buildings arising at parramatta, or changes in speed, etc. this will end up with an amazing way to see the changes in the environment. as well as documentation of a train line, because who knows maybe a line will be converted to metro in the future.

i plan to do the T1 Western and North Shore soon, with a recording from Emu Plains to Berowra. and it will be uploaded onto a dedicated youtube channel for this project. i will attempt to get a speedometer working also.
